Under the Canadian Copyright Act, it is illegal to copy most published materials without permission.

Centennial College has an agreement with Access Copyright , the Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency, that allows for legal photocopying. This agreement between Centennial College and Access Copyright gives advance permission to photocopy published works. Its site provides answers to FAQs for postsecondary licensees.
