Once your library account is activated, your user ID is one of three numbers:
Your Student Number - if you are a full-time student
Your Employee Number - if you are a College employee
Your Library Card barcode number - if you do not have a student or employee number
Usually, your PIN (personal identification number) is the last 4 digits of your student, employee, or library card number. For example:
If your account expires, contact us, and we will reactivate it for you. If you get an error message that says your ID is bad or invalid, contact us, and we will activate your account.
You need an activated library account in order to borrow items from the library, renew items online, and use the e-resources from home. Activating your account takes only a minute, and once activated, it should be valid for the duration of your time at Centennial College.
