The Libraries have a wonderful collection of print and audiovisual materials that support the College's Signature Learning Experience course, Global Citizenship: from social analysis to social action (GNED-500). Representing various perspectives and many cultures, the Diversity collection has materials about ageism, disability issues, economic inequality, gender issues, globalization, human rights, media literacy, multicultural education, racism, social policy, sustainable development, and more. Books, DVDs/videos, and audio tapes purchased for the Diversity collection are shelved with the general collection and in Media Services at all four campus libraries. In the library catalogue, items are labelled "Diversity Collection-Book" or "Diversity Collection-DVD", etc. Look for this very special collection at your campus library and check out the Global Citizenship GNED 500 Research Guide.
