How to Access Your Online Appointment
- Log in to centennial.tutorocean.com using your myCentennial username and account.
 - You can access your appointment from the website in two different ways:
	
- Click on Dashboard from the menu in the top right-hand corner.
		
- Under upcoming sessions, you can view all your future bookings.
 - To start the session, click on the “Open Teams” button beside the appointment details. The link will work only 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled appointment.
 
 - Click on Calendar from the top right-hand corner.
		
- Click on your session by clicking the arrow beside the desired booking. Again, the link for the session will not work until 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
 
 
 - Click on Dashboard from the menu in the top right-hand corner.
		
 
Internet Requirements for Online Tutoring Sessions
- Audio calls only: Around 60–75 kbps upload/download
 - One-on-one video calls: Around 1.5–4 Mbps upload/download
 - Video calls in group meetings: Around 2.5–4 Mbps upload / 4 Mbps download
 - Screen sharing: Around 1.5–4 Mbps upload/download
 - Together Mode (for group video): Around 2.5 Mbps upload / 4 Mbps download
 
How to Find Your Tutor on Campus for In-Person Appointments
If your appointment is in person, you will meet your tutor at the Learning Centre space for your campus:

If there are many tutors in the Learning Centre at your campus, tutors will be identified with a name tag, or you can speak to library staff to help you find your tutor.
