Search Library e-resources for online journal, newspaper and magazine articles.

It is preferable to create permalinks to the Library’s subscription resources, rather than posting copies of the articles in your eCentennial course website.

The license terms of subscription resources determine the permitted uses and may override fair dealing.

Always check the Library’s CLEAR database of copyright permissions for permitted uses of subscription material.

Articles Outside the Library’s E-Resources

Check that the material is not subscription-protected or illegally uploaded. Whenever possible, ensure that articles are linked to their original source. Many websites rely on traffic-driven revenue, so while the article may not cost to access, rights holders can pursue claims to ensure that traffic is directed to their page.
