Learning Centre Feedback Survey

We at the Learning Centre value the input of everyone who uses our services. If you have recently booked an appointment, we invite you to share your feedback about the services you received through our Learning Centre Survey.

Students who complete this survey will have the option of entering a draw to win a $30 e-gift card for Amazon Canada. To participate in the draw, you will be asked to enter your contact information on a form stored separately from the survey to ensure the feedback you provide remains anonymous.

The survey takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.

Your participation is voluntary and confidential.

The information you provide does not impact your grades or academic progression.
