Daher Folk Tale Collection
The Progress Campus library has an excellent collection of folk tales, fables, myths and legends donated by former Dean of Students, Doug Daher. From Ireland to India, Russia to Columbia, this diverse collection allows the Centennial College community to explore traditional folk tales from many different parts of the world. Learn about Vikings, Sinbad, Arabian nights, hobgoblins and fairies. This collection of books also includes early 20th century copies of items such as Fairy Tales from Hans Christian Andersen and A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.
