Quiet Study Spaces

Libraries have quiet and silent study areas for individual study. Refrain from talking or using cell phones in these areas. Please respect other users of the quiet and silent study spaces.

Students who do not comply with the college and library policies may be asked to leave.

Silent Study

Silent study areas are available at all campus libraries.

These areas are for individual, silent study only.

Headphone use and conversation are not permitted in silent study areas.

Morningside Library: back of the library, 160
Progress Library: L4-08 and L4-10
SAC Library: 109-I

Quiet Study

Quiet study areas are available in all campuses. These areas are for individual, quiet study. Conversation should be kept to a minimum, and headphones should be used at a low volume. Refrain from using cell phones.

Students who are disturbing others may be asked to leave the quiet study area.
